I want to be healthy. Yes, this is a blog to keep track of my weight, but it's more than that. I like to post pictures of outfits & cute houses. I used to have bulimia and I guess you can say I recovered, now I am taking on B.E.D. I'm not dieting, I am intuitive eating.

I am a sixteen year old girl and my vow is to never be unhealthy again. My whole life I've been the fat girl, I am changing that once and for all. My main hope is to be able to join my school's tennis team before I graduate in 2013. This is my battle, not yours - so please don't tell me how to run my life. Thank you.

  • I’m going to stop counting calories. This one will be hard, but I’m sure it will help. I obsess over calories too much.
  • I’m going to learn to distinguish real hunger and boredom. 
  • I won’t deprive myself. If I’ve eaten well and I’m hungry for a cookie, I’ll let myself have a cookie. But I also have to learn to stop at one cookie - not 10 or 20.
  • Stop “emotional eating”. I don’t need to eat in order to feel happy, I can do something else. I can read, go shopping, hang out with friends. I need food to survive, not to fuel my happiness. 
  • Exercise more often! 
  • Give up junk food once and for all. I’ve actually been doing really well with this! My last problem area is pop, I’ve got a sliiiight addiction to Coke~
