I want to be healthy. Yes, this is a blog to keep track of my weight, but it's more than that. I like to post pictures of outfits & cute houses. I used to have bulimia and I guess you can say I recovered, now I am taking on B.E.D. I'm not dieting, I am intuitive eating.

I am a sixteen year old girl and my vow is to never be unhealthy again. My whole life I've been the fat girl, I am changing that once and for all. My main hope is to be able to join my school's tennis team before I graduate in 2013. This is my battle, not yours - so please don't tell me how to run my life. Thank you.

it’s going amazing! I woke up pretty late (10:32 - I always remember the exact time I wake up for some reason), so I wasn’t hungry. Everything went POO so I left home, now I am at my grandma’s. We went shopping, when I got back it was 12:35 and I was hungry since I hadn’t eaten! I haven’t had ice cream in months and we bought some so I got a tiny bowl (like half a serving?) ate it slowly and I was full. I got bored and thought about eating, but I told myself no. Now it’s been almost 2 hours and I’m hungry again, so I am making food! 

Honestly, this is so much better than having to stand there and plan every single meal, track every single calorie, measure every single morsel of food. I love it.
